A: Yes. There is free surface parking and heated garage stalls available for $110/mo. EV charging spots are an additional $50/mo.

A: No.

A: There is free common area WIFI available! Residents are responsible for in-home internet services.

Q: WHAT TYPES OF LEASE TERMS ARE AVAILABLE?
A: Generally, 12-month lease agreements are available, but we can accommodate other lease terms.

Q: ARE THERE OCCUPANCY LIMITATIONS?
A: Generally, a maximum of 2 occupants per bedroom is allowed. See below details:

Q: IS THE BUILDING SMOKE-FREE?
A: Yes, we are a smoke-free community.

Q: WHAT UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED IN THE RENT?
A: Residents are responsible for electric.

Q: WHAT IS INVOLVED IN THE APPLICATION PROCESS?
A: A $50 non-refundable fee is required to process your application. A security deposit of 1 month's rent is due at move-in. Applicants will be pre-screened for credit, rental history, and public records. Final approval is contingent upon income verification and the background check.
